COPO® SBR and CARBOMIX® Black Masterbatch SBR
COPO® SBR and Carbomix® SBR black masterbatch are produced using a continuous, cold-rubber emulsion SBR process pioneered in our plant. They are available in grades containing between 9.5% and 23.5% bound styrene.
1500 Series - Clear non-pigmented SBR rubber
1600 Series - Carbon black masterbatch with 14 or less parts of oil per 100 parts of SBR
1700 Series - Oil-extended non-pigmented SBR masterbatch
1800 Series - Oil black masterbatches with more than 14 parts of oil per 100 parts of SBR
3500 - 3999 Series- Product code assigned to Lion Copolymer by International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers
